Answer – BarVision is not an inventory system, but, more importantly, BarVision helps generate additional revenue and profits on a drink by drink basis.
In comparison, inventory systems do little or nothing for increasing revenues, but are helpful in preparing orders. Beyond that, using inventory to manage the many bartenders, the shifts and the extensive number of liquor brands is very difficult, if not impossible given the: a) underpours offsetting overpours, free drinks and thefts; b) mis-rings; c) pouring alcohols different from the POS recipes etc. See video
