Do bartenders need to change how they pour?
No. There are no buttons and no measured shots. Bartenders free-pour at the same speed, with the same technique.
What does each SmartSpout capture?
Pour volume, timestamp, liquor name, and overpour or underpour flags for every pour.
Will BarVision show if a bartender undercharges a customer?
Yes. We often find 15% or more of doubles poured but charged as singles, and multiple drinks (often shots) poured when only some were charged.

What data do you receive from our POS?
PLU number and description, quantity sold, employee name or number, date and time of sale, and voids & waste.
Do we need to change our POS or workflows?
No. BarVision works with your existing POS, so your tools and workflows stay in place.
Do you support custom integrations or SSO?
Yes. Custom integrations and SSO are available on the Enterprise plan.
