Installations are typically completed within 10 days after we receive your Liquor Inventory List.

In order to create the most accurate reports, we recommend that you cover all primary and top selling items.

During installation, you’ll receive spouts labeled for every bottle, bar, and bar station. 

Each spout is custom-made for its specific bottle. The SmartSpouts are labeled by brand, bar, and station.

Simply rinse in warm soapy water, rinse and reinsert. Because they contain a sensor, we do not recommend putting them through a dishwasher.

BarVision spouts have a battery that lasts 3-4 years with normal use. But, don’t worry. If your spout stops working or it lost or broken, we’ll replace it at no charge.

Our  SmartSpouts use Bluetooth – BLE connections so they won’t interfere with your Wifi. They send a signal to an antenna that’s discretely positioned at each bar.

Yes, our spouts are stainless steel, standard free flow 4-count spouts.

Liquor spouts pour with an accuracy of within 10%.
